What Do You Need?
What Do You Need?
Therapy offers in-depth support for anxiety, depression, and trauma, with sessions held every 1-2 weeks. It gives you the space to explore the root causes of emotional struggles and develop practical tools for long-term well-being through conversation, cognitive strategies, and coping skills.
If you're looking to address deeper mental health issues, therapy might be the best option. Plus, when you work with me, you can choose to add Reiki energy healing for a more holistic approach.
Reiki energy healing may be for you if you're seeking a holistic, non-verbal approach to healing. Focused on energy flow and balance, Reiki promotes relaxation and emotional well-being without addressing psychological issues in-depth.
Reiki can be used as an alternative to talk therapy, providing a gentle, non-invasive way to support your overall well-being. You can choose how often you'd like to have sessions based on your needs. Reiki also complements other healing practices—physical, mental, or emotional—offering spiritual and energetic benefits that promote personal growth and stress relief.

2. If we agree it seems like a good fit, you can go ahead and schedule your first appointment
3. Complete Intake Paperwork and take a deep breath, you did it!
Getting started is often the hardest part. During your consultation call, I will ask why you are interested in therapy. I will also take the time to explain how I do therapy: my treatment approach, holistic therapeutic style and the 'nitty gritty' details (like frequency of sessions/availability, pricing and payment).
Before You Get Started: Insurance and Cost
Inner Glow Therapy is now IN-NETWORK with many BCBS, Aetna and Quest insurances. Your rates will be determined by your specific insurance coverage.
If you don't have these insurances, you may be eligible for OUT-OF-NETWORK reimbursement, depending on your coverage. You can verify your OON benefits with your insurance company.
Inner Glow Therapy also offers a SELF-PAY option for those who don't have or choose not to use insurance. 60 minute therapy sessions are $175. Payment for therapy sessions is collected via credit card within 24 hours after your session.
We can discuss fees and payment further during your consultation call. If you have any questions about fees or payment, please reach out.
The Good Faith Estimate: Prior to your initial therapy session, we will discuss a Good Faith Estimate. The Good Faith Estimate acknowledges the cost per services and protects you from being charged for a service that you did not agree upon. You are only charged for services after they are completed. Fees are agreed upon during your initial consultation. To learn more about the Good Faith Estimate, click here.
